We offer reliable shipping for all orders, subject to order verification and credit approval. Orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, excluding holidays, while personalized or custom orders may require additional processing time.

We accept returns or exchanges for full credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with the packing slip or transaction copy included. Custom orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping charges and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. Please use a traceable shipping method and retain the tracking number until your refund or exchange is completed. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an incorrect item was sent. Customers are also responsible for charges on bounced or undeliverable packages.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 2–3 business days after we receive the returned item, subject to our return requirements. Your bank may require additional processing time.
